Mark Henry is the only one that stood out and they waited fifteen years to make him a monster heel that beats people up. One look at his size and you should already know what to do with him. It helps that his gimmick was real and not fake.
WCW literally had more black wrestlers/characters and let them shine. The Cat is literally leagues ahead of every black wrestler today and he wasn't even a wrestler.
