He was really over consistently, a great comedy guy and a fair wrestler. He got one of the biggest pops on WWE TV when Vince read the list of WCW talent to gauge crowd reactions without ever stepping foot in a WWE ring. He gets shit on because he was hard to deal with backstage, didn't make many friends and the ever classic of 'Vince didn't know what to do with a guy so that makes him bad' stooge attitude.
