A simple "I love my fans and will interact with them however I want!" would have sufficed. Instead, we got a detailed outline of who this fan was, how much money he pays her, etc. And the cherry on the Sunday was Mickie admitting she was "uncomfortable", but only because she was "tired".
Someone posted a Facebook image of this and it included an image of the fan's receipt for the dress. Not sure if they photoshopped it in or if Mickie actually felt the need to post the receipt of how much money he gave her? Any clarification would be needful.
