In New Japan Okada could be working 14 shows in a row. In AEW he will get paid even if he doesn't work, and if he does work he'll never work back to back nights and realistically will only wrestle 2-3 times a month. There's no doubt he's being offered a minimum million dollars a year for 5 years.
