I'm not the only person on Earth who fell out of love with Punk.
At this point is very clear to me that he is the problem, not the promotions. He could not be John Cena and the Rock because he doesn't have it in him to be those men. Phil is too much of a hindrance for his own character, especially with how much he has made Punk himself.
Look at it:
AEW has famous stars without smearing their locker room with utter toxicity. Punk is constantly brought up because he makes himself the topic by being utterly toxic, unprofessional, paranoid and just outright unreliable.
He'd be a terrible worker. Imagine if you hired someone for McDonald's and they refused to grill a cheese burguer because they did not agree with your recipe. Punk is if McDonald's submitted to that bully's stupid opinion.
