Not everybody has 1000 holds like Dean Malenko, so as a result in 06 everybody's grapple list was padded out with a bunch of shit they never did and boring ass arm bar and chin lock animations that would put you to sleep before they concluded.
In general I never liked 06 as much as the other ones. Matches seem to drag on at such a lethargic pace. They're much faster in 07. Also I can chokeslam people out of the ring.
