Second is they go to these rural towns and convince the town to buy like 200 tickets for tourism. Then they get sponsors and to sponsor the event they have to buy 20 tickets or whatever. Audience in those cases are there because it's free. Then Marigold can announce 324 people even though there's empty seats everywhere.
