I wouldn't put much stock into Shida actually being banned from Collision. Khan said anyone with a belt is supposed to be available for either show (and I guess technically rampage lol). Then again, snowmen aren't exactly known for having spines so who knows.
They've just kept them split because they want to feature the champs every week which is impossible when you only give them match and one segment a week.
