I guarantee you these freaks look like circus sideshows and never leave their houses, or even their rooms.
That level is mental illness cannot be hidden. It is visible. It will permeate them, from their hygiene habits to the way they walk, to their refusal to look anyone in the eye, the way they try and hide their fucked up, neglected teeth and genuinely pray no one notices them.
That's what we're dealing with here.
