>>6797940Too be fair King of Colosseum II weakness could be found in the graphic department. The intro render isn't really that representative for the actual gameplay animations and models. But the game has a massive roster with various federations, a lot of moves per wrestler as well as overall moves and the timing based gameplay of Fire Pro. Also the match flow is pretty realistic and the game prevents you from bringing the big moves early (again just like Fire Pro).
But Squaresofts All Star Pro Wrestling III was one of the best looking wrestling games with smooth animations, extremely well modelled wrestlers (especially the hair was much better animated as even the recent WWE games - always a weakness of Yuke's) with i.e. bleeding where you could see individual blood drops dripping down and staining the mat. Too bad the roster was really shallow and the gameplay, as unique and unconventional as the controls were, was kinda lackluster.
