Don't really watch WWE, but the bloodline seems to be based in Roman having anger issues and being a control freak which are situations you can imagine happening if you haven't experienced it yourself.
I only watched the second half the elite thing, from my understanding, by people who claim to enjoy it, it started with Hangman getting jealous the bucks didn't hold his hand on the way to the ring like they did for Kenny. Which lead to Page becoming a cartoon alcoholic who was off TV more than he was on it, then suddenly given a title shot cause he won some match no one even remembers. This lead to a match where the Kenny and the Bucks, who were now complete cartoon unbelievable villains dressed as ghostbusters and the dark order had to pretend being hit with the toy proton pack actually hurt. Maybe it's because I'm cis hetero, but I can't imagine the original split was relatable, and I can't imagine anyone care about the cartoon alcoholic getting the cartoon heels approval to beat them.
I'd say you've probably wasted your time watching either instead of watching older wrestling. Only fun I had with the elite was laughing at them with my friends.
