The schizo who keeps spamming this is called Thick Cheese and he does this not only on here but on Twitter as well. If he joined on NOV '22 and has 6250 tweets then one can assume he tweets at least 9 times per day and most of it spamming basedjaks to the tune of a couple of likes. It wouldn't surprise me if he also spammed the Counselor posts since he follows him and his ilk.
