>meal planAnyone here from /fit/ may be familiar with Cole Robinson's Snake Diet? Well I've been doing that, fast 72 hours then eat, rinse and repeat. Lots of greens veggies, meat, plenty of oil and salt. Sometimes I fuck up, no, I fuck up A LOT because I'm undisciplined. But I'd rather die than give up.
Thinking of started boxing/MMA as a way to develop more discipline. Anyone else do either?
I haven't posted a wrestler because honestly I'm content so long as I weigh less than what I did yesterday. Hulk Hogan is my inspiration though. If I can lose weight you other fat smarks can too. We're all gonna make it brothers HH
