Somehow both of those matches sound very awkward to me. Athena could probably drag her to a good match but I feel like she would have an awful match with Billie.
On a Collision related note: I wonder if we get Leila Grey appearance on the show or for the ROH taping. She usually pops up whenever there's a Kentucky show.
