The NJPW dojo system is where it's at
The thing that makes the Japanese dojo wrestling system the best for producing good wrestlers is that it's focused around the fundamentals. You pound that shit in to your guys or gals for years until it all becomes second nature, which allows them to develop their in-ring style on top of it in an organic way -- those fundamentals serving as a really solid foundation going forward.
Another thing I like about the NJPW Dojo system is that they stress working on your look/body. Most of the guys juice like hell in NJPW and the Young Lions usually make pretty massive physical leaps while developing. NJPW dojo produces a really solid all around starter pack of skills for a young wrestler, which I think serve as the best foundation to build yourself into a star in wrestling today.
