I go to what was an old crossfit gym which maintains the principles but is much more orthodox now. I powerlift (currently a light 5x5 on a deload cycle) and do metabolic conditioning (20 minute max intense workouts involving cardio and strength based movements) so a lot of kettle bells, box jumps, wall balls and jump rope + cardio machines. I really love it.

Always a light breakfast. Never have the time to prepare anything decent now that im not wfh. I get free (decent) meals at work which im grateful for, with a salad and soup bar so big & clean in the afternoon. Post workout its always some meat rice and greens.

Because I don't isolate my muscle groups I'm aiming to look like ol' Magnum T.A here. Solid & functional
