Normally the female stuff wouldn't bother me, but you've got EWA with their women's division which is lorewise should be one of their best features, yet no new European women to sign and only a single new one coming.
Also I cannot believe that CWWF or WINNOW hasn't opened yet. WINNOW feels like it's been yet to open for 10 years
