the belt is seemingly trapped in the liv-rhea vortex right now, even though neither of them need the belt. this could be like drew-punk, no belt just two over wrestlers going feuding. the belt isn't even the center of the feud, it's barely present.
but there's almost no one else at the top of the card that could be given the belt. the only other one is IYO - and i do think she deserves it, but how do you pragmatically insert IYO into this feud without making it stupid?
realistically, it's gonna stay on one of them until becky or lexi or asuka comes back.
