Late term Vince was a bitter cunt and everyone felt it and they declined hard. Early NXT had fire but that died when it got stagnant due to the war. TK got too comfortable and lost the plot and now is reaping it.
Same with New Japan, grew huge as NJPW gained steam with Tana, Okada and Kenny, almost died when it was fucked under Inokiism and got stagnant by resting on the late 10s.
Same is true for music genres, artistry and with video game companies. If everyone in the back is cool it shows but when it sucks everything suffers.
