>>10184800I don't think they want their "core" titles for lack of better word being defended on a show nobody watches (I'm not even sure the World Champion has ever even appeared on Rampage, regardless of who's had it). Everything else seems to be fair game.
My best guess is that they occasionally do an eliminator on Collision and if they want someone from the other side involved in that scene, they'll just bring them over.
