Low Ki was retarded, but him being a bully gave his matches much needed structure that you really weren't getting from x-division or indie matches, Super Dragon and Necro Butcher were pretty similar in this. Angle on the other hand would work a comedy storyline and then have the same match he'd have if it was a serious storyline, and without road agents to hold him back his TNA run is full of a lot kick out spot fests.
