It happened regardless of Punks various exits and disappearances, I might not remember the timeline 100% correctly so I think it was around the Brawl Out one before or after it when MJF returned with the mask as mystery to pick up the win of the ladder match handed to him by Rush and Andrade... don't even get me started how dumb that was with them literally forgetting MJF worked with Los InWhatevers month later.
