The only way it will work, and he gets over as champion, is to literally book him like Super Cena...except he puts on nothing but *****+ matches. The run has to be longest reign as champion, he has to run through everyone and ultimately put over somebody young e.g. Ospreay or Jay. This would be the only way to cement Kenny as as a GOAT while also establishing a new star.
Physically, I think he has it in him for 1 more peak performance run. Considering the length of his contract I think they're saving it as his final arc.
