MJF still had the best feud and best match in AEW in 2023. I understand that as he got more power in the company and over his own stories, the stories and matches got significantly worse and by the end of 2023, everything he was a part of was fucking godawful and that constituted like 30% of the runtime of every episode of Dynamite, and he got well-deserved criticism for that. But he deserves to get credit for the good stuff he's done in AEW too.
He's a young guy, he's earned a chance to get a clue and be more of the MJF that got himself over and not the MJF that coasted once he was over.
