My girlfriend has gotten really fat. She more waddles than walks and is constantly out of breath. The whole nine yards. Her upper arms are just immense, with just this large mound of flesh hanging off them, dropping below her elbows. She has trouble finding anything with sleeves because of that, but does have a few sweaters. Her arms can't hang down normally because of all that fat, so they kind of hang out at and angle. Her belly has really grown too and now it hangs both out and down pretty well, but is not really that wide side to side. Her thighs are also gigantic and all the fat on them hangs down in front when she stands. Along with her belly, there's just a lot going on over there, and it moves around when she walks. she has this buildup of flesh around her neck and shoulders, and I mean, I say neck, but she really doesn't have one. that flesh kind of just piles between us when we're laying down facing each other. the fat flaps on her arms engulf me at the same time.
