Also it's been over a month, if they wanted to fire her they would've announced it already.
The truth is that Hikari is currently recovering from depression or some other kind of mental illness caused by the stalker schizo, and both TJPW and UUGP are keeping it quiet for privacy reasons. I wouldn't exclude self-harm either, considering we're talking about a deathmatch lover.
