Manifesto 1 actually can be found XWT, it's in a Freeleech pack called '100+ Kana (Asuka) Matches' which has 4 seeds right now. Check the Filelist for 'KANA Modeling 1.mp4' it's a 672MB, that file is Manifesto 1, all the modelling scenes put together. Matches cut out. It's a low res standard DVD rip but that's all it was ever released on, so there's no better quality source for it available.
I just checked and I have that same pack/File downloaded and it is indeed the 1st Manifesto from 2011. Try to grab it from the pack on XWT and if you can't get any seed, then I will up the video file and link it here ITT.
