He employed this woman solely to be his personal sex slave under the pretense of some arbitrary job role. And that money would have come out of the publically-owned WWE pot. It's also possible that some of his gifts were business expenses as well, things like the car, the dinners and the condo. This would see him guilty not only of embezzlement but of tax fraud as well.
When the shareholders catch wind of this, if they haven't already, forget about the lawsuit, this could see charges brought to Vince in criminal court and could see him in prison if he's found guilty of either or both of those crimes.
