This happens constantly in AEW. New talent showing up in WWE happens what...2-3 times a year? If that? Most surprise appearances in WWE are NXT talents or wrestlers who were previously signed, not like Mina "She's from Stardom, it's wrestling company in Japan" Shirakawa.
