I honestly think Okada should be in WWE because he would have better and new opponents thet but he can't speak English and WWE is heavily based on promos so I don't see how he would manage around that, but if he could somehow get through it he will get the mainstream recognition he deserves as top 10 GOAT. On the other hand, there is AEW where he could get the easiest money of his life doing next to no work while probably accommodating his singer/voice actress wife's desire to stay in Japan, but he will not have that many opportunities for new and good opponents, he has already faced basically everyone worth a shit in AEW before and he will most likely stay relatively known only to hardcore wrestling fans.
In the end of the day, I am sure he will have his reasons when signing with either company, so it's up to him to decide what to do next.
