>>15870488I'm a huge fan of the Young Lion style as well. I wouldn't necessarily separate it as better or worse just because they're so different, but I love seeing the fundamentals highlighted. I'd suggest shoot style if you like the stripped down style, but it's not really the same as the grappling-heavy YL style. Check out some BattlARTS B-rules matches if you haven't.
