>>16704009the obvious answer is joe hendry. it will be at #2 - i don't think they'd give him the #1 spot, but he still needs time to make his full entrance, and i think his shock factor would work better as a foil against whoever's in there first anyway. i have a feeling #1 will be trick, but we'll see. hendry is going to take the strap off ziggler at genesis next sunday, so he'll enter as champion.
someone asked ziggler if he'd defend the TNA belt on NXT on twitter, and he responded "no?" - to my knowledge that's all he's said about working in WWE again. the rumble is obviously a special occasion, though. if they do bring him in, they should keep him as nic nemeth while using his ziggler music and tron.
jordynne grace will probably also be there for the women's rumble, although she's going to actually sign with WWE within a month-ish, so she may already not count by then. the only other TNA woman that i think has a shot of being in it is rosemary, who was on NXT a few times last year. she's still unlikely, but i'd say she has an above 0% chance, unlike any of the others. it'd be very funny if they send tessa. possible santina appearance as well, alongside arianna grace.
the hardys have been talking about finishing their careers in WWE lately, though they just signed a new TNA deal i think. obviously jeff would get a gigapop, don't think we'll see mattnetty without him.
speedball is going to AEW, won't be him. bubba is not with TNA right now but is on a WWE legends deal, reffed a match at mania last year, was on NXT recently, and is always sucking the fed off online, he's a possibility. josh alexander is a free agent right now, if he's not going to AEW could be him, he would be a massive pickup for NXT or a solid midcarder for 3 hour smackdown. abyss does production for WWE, maybe he could put the mask on one more time. i'm sure chelsea won't shut up about cardona behind the scenes.
