"Hey, I'm your friend. Ok?" She says. There's a tremor in her voice as she speaks. She's not sure she's ever heard herself sound like that. The jaguar is no more than a meter away from her now. And the usually lively club is deathly silent. So silent she's sure she can hear her men clutching their guns, ready to fire if the jaguar gives into its base instinct and tries to attack.
Cassie draws closer to the beast and extends an arm toward it. Her heart pounds in her chest. "Miguelito... t-that's your name, right?"
The jaguar makes a noise that almost resembles a purr, and finally Cassie rests a hand on the jaguar's head, gently stroking its fur. Her henchmen start to lower their guns "Well it's nice to meet you, Miguelito," she says. "I'll be your friend if you'll be mine, and unlike your last owner, I promise I won't abandon you."
