This finished was botched on a production standpoint. By the time a replay ends the rollup was already being executed. Prime Time Wrestling was a taped show, so they probably suceeded at covering something up. We'll never know

I have seen the push-off-drop down-leap frog sequence so many times that i assumed Dynamite had to have tripped on purpose, but now that you mention it, i'm not all that sure
