Vince was a good guy. He gave literal retards a chance to succeed in life by doing safe, non mentally demanding work. Many of these people would have joined gangs or would have become thugs if it hadn't been for the kindness of Vince. He cleaned up the streets WHILE providing the country with weekly entertainment. So what if people didn't like his booking? These fucks get to travel the world (something they'd have never been able to do with their below average intelligence), earn MILLIONS not only in salary but also sponsorship deals, and a lot of them get to work a light schedule where they have to show up for TV like once a week while taking it easy at house shows.
None of the talent would have been able to lead a comfortable lifestyle like that if it hadn't been for Vince and his benevolence. Don't judge Vince by the amount of times he made people dance for his amusement or fun segments he came up with. Judge him for the good he has done by giving uneducated hicks a way to earn their keep.
