Evil nursing home worker. I abuse my patients, steal their money, throw out the mail they get from their family, all the bad stereotypes you think of when you hear of bad nursing home workers. I have vignettes of me jumping off a bed and elbow dropping a sleeping old person and pretending it wasn't me, doing shit like farting in someones oxygen tank, cashing in a bunch of social security checks, etc. It's only a midcard-ceiling gimmick though and my peak will be doing promos with older wrestlers like Goldberg, telling them to retire and come to my nursing facility, then getting immediately squashed and jobbed out.
