For the past 10 year a fuck ton of "laws" were extra-judicially implement in order to circumvent the legal process of a bill being made into law, and then the supreme court would be forced to rule on it, effectively doing the legislative branches job for them. This recent draft is showing that the judicial branch is tired of holding the bags and is going to start removing some of their "precedent" rulings if Congress doesn't get it's ass off the bench.
