>[Stardom] Suzu Suzuki eager to return to the ring after two months with her new unit: "I want to be the poster girl for Shibuya 109!"
>Suzu Suzuki (21), known as the “crazy girl” of the women’s professional wrestling group Stardom, shared her thoughts ahead of her return to the ring after a two-month absence.
>She has been absent since the Osaka tournament on May 28th due to treatment for multiple injuries. In her comeback match on the 23rd of this month at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, she will team up with Starlight Kid and AZM to face Mina Shirakawa, Xena, and HANAKO. Regarding the condition of her injury, she said, "I'm in better shape than before my debut! After getting permission from the doctor, I started training and resumed practicing in the ring."
>She said she was confused by her first long-term absence since her debut in December 2018. "When I looked at social media, I saw how fast the wrestling world was moving, and I thought, 'Oh, I'm being left behind...' and I got sentimental, which was unusual for me, but after eating a steak and going to sleep, that feeling went away in a day," she recalled.
>In the past two months, the group has held championship matches with other groups such as Ice Ribbon and Sendai Girls. Suzuki, who felt dissatisfied with Stardom without her, said, "Because there had been little interaction with other groups up until now, I think the wrestlers were confused. I felt frustrated, wondering if this was okay. From now on, I will make Stardom more interesting as the commander of the special attack force." She seems full of enthusiasm.
