First thing that happens is I see them pull up to a gas station on the map and take like 10 minutes to fill up their car. They could've done this before they accepted my order but they gotta do it on my time. Then I see them drive around in random areas which means they're multi tasking on more than one app. By the time my food gets to me, it's cold and soggy.
Likelihood of this happening increases if the driver has a black woman's name.
