One by one the fires on the top floor of HALCYON tower are extinguished as the oxygen is efficiently sucked sequentially out of each room in a matter of seconds. Dia Shirley Burroughs stands in the gardens below watching footage and a continuous rolling display of raw data on her tablet.
>"Splendid! Splendid! This fire suppression system worked better than I possibly could've imagined. Can you even imagine how many lives this is going to save?
A man in a high vis vest nods and heads back towards the building as Dia claps her hands twice to attract the attention of the small crowd of late night workers that were unexpectedly evacuated from the building.
>"My lovelies, I'm so sorry we had to run this drill so late when you're all so busy. Fires in the workplace are rare, but it's best we be prepared which is why we've been conducting these random tests to make sure everyone knows what to do in an emergency. I'm very proud to say that this was our most efficient evacuation to date."
Dia pauses as the employees applaud themselves.
>"Normally we wouldn't set an actual fire in the building but we decided to test the buildings systems for real tonight and it appears everything went swimmingly. Anyone working anywhere but the top two floors you're free to retrieve your belongings and call it a night."
