TV broadcast deals include massive amounts of value inflating "contra advertising" where the host broadcaster counts the usual free advertising a show gets at other times on the network as "value" by assigning it worth as if it were an ad slot in a primetime show. AEW will probably have to swallow the cost of producing certain programs or ad spots. There will likely be penalty clauses where if they don't get a milly they lose x% of that quarters payment. Also, we now that AEW had to sacrifice some of it's ownership percentage to get the deal in the first place, so it's likely that WBD are entitled to a certain percentage of all revenue so part of that deal will go straight back to WBD.
