>>11304446July 8, 2002. I'll never forget that day. It was Monday Night Raw, a ten-man tag team match. And it was supposed to be Kevin Nash's big comeback.
Now Nash was in no condition to wrestle. He had to have rectal surgery back in April for what the proctologist said was the worst series of anal injuries he had ever seen. But Raw's ratings were shit that summer, so Vince called Kevin in. And when Kevin showed up that night, he was black out drunk like usual because of the trauma of being raped 10 years earlier. The stiches in his ass hadn't even healed. But Kevin was just supposed to stay outside of the match, and then come in for just a few seconds to finish it with a clothesline.
When Nash finally entered the ring, what I saw him do put me in disbelief. He threw a huge high kick to Booker's face. Kevin was so fucked up he must have thought he was superman. When that boot was thrown, Nash ripped his anus open. Not just a little tear either. It was like pulling a meat zipper out in two directions, one from his asshole to his ball sack and the other all the way up his ass crack. Nash ran over to the corner of the ring, fell down, and screamed. He grabbed his leg to keep all the blood and shit from coming out. I threw up the X and had Shawn end the match. I called the medics backstage and told Kevin to clench his ass together as hard as he could to avoid a mess when we walked him back.
When we got Nash back to the locker room, he was pale as a ghost. The medics cut open his pants to take a look. The most unholy mess of blood and shit spilled on the floor and a big, pink sock of a prolapse slid out. People puked and fainted. The medics shoved his guts back in, pulled out a surgical staple gun, and shot it all the way down his ass crack to stop the bleeding. And if it wasn't for a blood transfusion on the way to the ER, Kevin would have died that night.
