>Shinsuke now bad* (*because Karrion had matches with him and that did ??! so now he bad) It's obvious from his characters perspective, there's some masterplan bullshit happening in writing even if there isn't any "pawns are falling in to their place" promos that stick - i think it was eluded in one promo months ago but for the audience there is no real clear stated goal of where its heading: Is it for a title? Just for fun?
Top that with how he rages when he loses matches and yet it still somehow means he did the goal was achieved, it is a tonal mess. He should be staring at Scarlett and laughing and smiling when the face turns their back to them after walking away with a win to clue the audience in to that there is something more going on under the surface.
It hurts bros, when the fix is so simple there's is a trope written about it.
