The only problem Toyota has is that she's a massive pleb magnet because she's basically the only "old-school" joshi most smarks have heard of (maybe Bull and Aja too), so to them she's automatically the GOAT. But then again these people likely wouldn't change their tune even if they actually watched AJW because Toyota is literally everything the modern smark enjoys, only 30 years earlier. She's in my top 20 of all time but solidly behind Chigusa, Devil, Jaguar, and yes, Hokuto.
