Even if you sign a contract a company can not force you to do anything. Punk might have to pay back some of his downside and any other money he was paid in advance, but they can't make him wrestle and they can't take back money he earned per appearance.
And that's assuming Tony didn't let Punk write all sorts of exceptions and loopholes to get Punk to sign in the first place.
