>>11824830Honest answer: Tony has made too many mistakes for too long, with no real indication that he's capable of improving(he's still booking pointless cold matches, still randomly pulling people off TV, still giving airtime to dimeless shitters, etc), and the AEW brand has suffered too much damage. People are losing faith, getting tired, and walking away. Enthusiasm for AEW is dead. Momentum is dead. Even though they're doing some of their best shit right now with Christian, Darby, MJF, and Cole it's a case of too little too late.
>how do we fix thisTony needs to do three things to fix AEW: hire writers, hire bookers, and then step down from running it. Then after a year or two of AEW being consistently good it'll start to rehabilitate its image, people will start to come back, and it'll finally gain momentum again. But none of AEW's severe flaws will be fixed as long as Tony's running the show. He's the root of every single problem with the company and those problems will just keep persisting unless he removes himself from the picture and lets qualified professionals take over for him. .
