>>13048382It's true, though he looks frail on camera, Tony is an accomplished martial artist. They made up the whole Wembley story up. What really happened there was that Tony snapped when Phil and Perry started tussling in the back. He was made stressed about running the show and making it perfect and that was just too much.
The news of the tussle between Punk and Perry came through the headset by security, my friend working in the booth that day said Tony just launched from the chair and knocked the chair on to a monitor rack and bolted to where it was happening, near the gorilla. I was working with the prop department at the time, I won't say more as I need the job, I could kinda hear and see Phil and Perry pushing each other and grappling down the hall, it wasn't that rare to see those kind of things so I didn't think much of it more than just two performers having and argument and just when I was about to leave to my task I could see Tony just fucking launched himself into a drop kick, knocking them both down. Tony choked Phil out backstage and it was the kick and falling towards some equipment that broke Jungle Boys cheekbone, and like a bunch of guys from the show that were around and came up and pulled him of from Phil.
They made the whole story to cover it up, they blamed everything on Punk, it was like 10 guys backing up Tony in there because they don't all dislike Phil but they love their job and pay more. What could Punk say about it? That Tony beat him up? Perry is actually real good buddies with Tony, like they hangout on weekends good, so he took hush money and surgery for the whole deal. The whole japan thing was planned.
