Kensuke Sasaki is a career freelancer, THE career freelancer in Japanese wrestling in a lot of ways, which means his spot was always dependent on maintaining a positive working relationship with multiple companies. If he had done shit like this, he would've left a lot of money on the table.
It's not that Nakajima stiffed Endo, it's HOW he stiffed Endo, in a spot where Endo was not expecting the shot. Frankly, it was a botch and Nakajima's reaction later with Akiyama in his face pretty much verified that because he looks embarrassed and rightfully so. It's a different thing entirely to stiff guys when it's part of the match plan which Sasaki did often but this was clearly not the case here.
