Getting into Tony's headspace is a fruitless endeavor. Lights are on but nobody's home (unless they got coke). But as I understand it, Dalys Place is just an arena outside of the Jags stadium, owned by his Daddy.
Tony's ego will allow him to spend billions of his Dad's money. But he still thinks it's beneath him to use his Daddy's "baby stadium" for AEW.
