The other problem with inducting him is that there's not exactly many people lining up to praise him given his actions in life. On that same subject, his #1 fan was Chris Benoit and his long-time tag team partner is yet another controversial + dead wrestler, Davey Boy Smith. Even if you had a time machine to find people who will praise the induction of Dynamite Kid to the HoF, then it's still just other arseholes.
Plus he's British and nobody in the US cares about us.
